(S) We assess with moderate confidence that a field team of unknown origin attempted to abduct subject "ISABELLA" (See: Report #2843-a) from a private home in the Northern islands of the Bahamas chain in September 2004. The team showed signs of professional tactics and training. Subject "ISABELLA" evaded capture.

(TS//SI/HCS-O) We assess with high confidence that a field team of unknown origin attempted a second abduction of subject "ISABELLA" in Washington, D.C. some weeks later. It is unknown if this team is connected to the prior abduction attempt.

(TS) In 2005 a single engine aircraft using "Nape of the Earth" tactics evaded chase aircraft in the Caribbean corridor. FLIR video of the incident is attached.. We assess with moderate confidence that the aircraft was piloted by subject "ISABELLA"
